Support Group -A support group for those who need it. There are many reasons for needing support and they don't always fit into a category. Are you dealing with an illness? Caring for someone? Lost a loved one or dealing with divorce or separation? Whatever your problem, please come to a place where you can talk and be heard, where you can give and receive.

Guided Autobiography Class

A weekly writing class for ten weeks – writing only two pages at a time. A theme is introduced each week. We share our writings and will recieve some sriting tips during the course.

Next Session will begin on January 4th and continue for ten weeks. The time is form 9am to 12pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.

Explore both spiritual as well and practical issues that arise as we face our own mortality.

Examine our own thoughts and fears regarding the dying process.

Share with each other as we enter this ubiquitous though hidden aspect of living.
